Returns Due to Change of Mind:

Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects:

If you discover a manufacturing defect within 24 hours of receiving your item, we will gladly exchange it for the same model, subject to availability. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
  • Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  5. Exchange: If the defect is confirmed, we will exchange the item for the same model (subject to availability) or offer a suitable alternative.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for return or exchange.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for manufacturing defects, only exchanges.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us immediately.
